Residential proxies for ad verification
Ad verification means confirming that your ads appear where they should, look the way they should, and send users to the right landing page in every market you pay for. Checking from residential IPs in each country and city shows you what real visitors in that location get.
Check geo-targeted campaigns
Load the publisher page or ad tag from an IP in each targeted country and city, and record which creative is served, the language, and where the click lands. City targeting is included, so local campaigns can be checked at the level they're bought.
# check a landing page as a visitor in Germany
curl -sIL -x http://<USERNAME>-type-residential-country-de:<PASSWORD>@gw.nodelighthouse.com:9000 "https://ads.example.com/click?id=123" | grep -i locationFollow redirect chains
Affiliate and tracking links often redirect several times. A sticky session on port 10000 keeps every hop on the same IP so the chain matches what one visitor experiences. For one-off checks across many locations, the rotating port 9000 is simpler.
Headless browsers such as Playwright and Puppeteer capture screenshots of the rendered ad for your records.
Verification, not traffic
Use the proxies to observe your own or your clients' campaigns. Generating clicks or impressions is ad fraud and is prohibited under the acceptable use policy.
